We have been asked to attend Stellar Fest.  What is Stellar Fest?

At Steller Fest, theeir mission is to create an immersive experience for fans of sci-fi such as Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who and Other Worlds. They are located in Duluth, GA making it easily accessible for sci-fi fans from across the universe to attend our fan-driven event. They celebrate and foster a community of fans, collectors, and cosplayers of all ages. 

The organizers have been hosting another event, Conjuration for the past 11 years. 

Please read all the details below carefully and find a time to sign up for. Remember, you can sign up for multiple spots!

We have limited the amount of handlers to (2) for each time slot.

The event will provide weekend passes for the event so you can attend the event when not trooping.  I will provide the organizer the list of participants attending, so please include any additonal names attending in the comment section.   There is also an available block of rooms at a discounted rate of $119 and you can find more information on these here.

Permission to troop in an unapproved costume must be given by the Command Staff prior to registering for an event.
