Comments: This is a nonprofit fundraiser event to highlight Asian American nonprofit work in the community.  Homeless, ESL, Special Needs, Child Literacy, Prison Ministry, & Refugee work.

Please let your members know we are expecting 20 or so children there.  Ten of them are children we have worked with on literacy early in the mornings.  These kids have faithfully shown up twice a week, an hour earlier than their classmates to work on reading, since September.  The kids will be thrilled!

Program:

 5:45pm-7pm: Mix with guests / 7pm-9pm: Our program, you can be in casual gear

How Can We Make Your Event Most Memorable?

If you can mix with the guests from 5:45-7:00pm, especially the children, do photos, that would be super cool.

Dinner / Out of Costume

At 7pm when the program starts, you will be directed to the back where you can change to casual.  We will reserve some seats for you to enjoy your meal and enjoy the program.

Muster Time: 5:30PM It would be really ideal if you can arrive by 5:30pm and begin mixing with the guests

READ ME:

DO NOT REGISTER MULTIPLE COSTUMES PER ATTENDEE. Register a costume and if your choice changes click on “Manage My Booking”, cancel the booking, and register again. If the event is fully booked and you need to change your costume, feel free to reach out to ev****@ga*****.com requesting a character change (include the event and the character you wish to change to).

TO REGISTER ANOTHER PERSON: Select the additional costume and type their first name, last name, and costume in the comment box. Be sure to include costume type in the comment box even when choosing a face character from the list. Please do not hold a space for someone. A name and costume must be present for all secondary sign-ups.

Permission to troop in an unapproved costume must be given by the Command Staff prior to registering for an event.
